I’m a life-long learner and now draw on over 24 years of ongoing training and personal development in health and movement-related disciplines in my work. I have qualifications in workplace ergonomics, accessible and inclusive design, physiotherapy, occupational health, and medical anthropology.

This may sound like a lot, but it all gets used. People are complex and I've found it useful to have a varied knowledge base to frame and work in a person-centered way.

SERVICES

My services can be delivered remotely or in person. They include:

Education

Webinars or in-person presentations, on the themes of movement health, active aging and meeting the challenges of sedentary and digital life both in and outside of work.

Clinic

Sessions draw on a range of modalities including: Seitai, Acupuncture, Physiotherapy, rehabilitation exercises, Qi Gong, and mindful movement.

Ergonomics

Individual assessments usually requested by employers to support staff who are managing health challenges at work.

Office Meeting
